Kiev transformed into a Web3 hub from June 8-15 as Ukrainian Blockchain Week 2025 attracted over 4,000 offline attendees and 45,000 VIRTUAL participants. The event series, anchored by Incrypted Conference 2025, demonstrated Ukraine's rising prominence in blockchain innovation with a 200,000+ total reach.

Ten curated events spanned hackathons, policy discussions, and developer sprints. The ICP Ukraine and 3X Capital-sponsored Vibe Coding Days kickoff drew 50 builders to GNRTR co-working space, signaling strong institutional interest in blockchain-AI convergence. Notable absences included major exchange representatives from Binance and Coinbase, though regional platforms showed strong participation.
